HerpArts US orders are shipped either via USPS (3-6 business days for Priority Mail), or United Parcel Service (UPS) (2-11 business days—please allow one extra day for orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska). You may also request UPS 2nd Day Air (an additional fee will apply).

International Orders
Yes, we are happy to ship outside the U.S.! Shipping rates for international orders are based on weight. (A packaging/handling fee is added.) Payment is accepted only in US dollars. For international orders, we accept PayPal, MasterCard, VISA, or a check drawn against a US bank. Please email us at info@HerpArts.com for more information and a shipping quote.

1. We accept MasterCard and VISA and PayPal. Your MasterCard or VISA payment will not be put through until your order is ready to ship.

We are occasionally out of town. When that is the case a notice will be posted on the Home Page, letting you know when payments will be cleared.

2. Check or money order.
Simply print out your order form and send it, along with your payment, to HerpArts, c/o Salzberg, 67-87 Booth Street, Forest Hills, NY 11375.

We'll put your order in the mail when the check/money order clears.

Sales Tax
If you are a resident of New York State, sales tax will be added to your order at checkout.
